Denon AVR-2805 OR 3805?

I want to buy a new reciever soon and these 2 models look very good to me. the only thing, I really don't know which one I really want. I like the appearance of the 3805 but it doesn't matter that much in the case of spending an additional $300 for it. the other thing, the 2 units appear identical on paper with the exception of the additional wattage in the 3805. what else am I missing? does anyone here have either of these yet?

Well there are a few differences. I am not sure that the price difference would make me take the 3805.

Good luck.

Main differences look to be:

Additional power
Zone 3
Denon Link (for digital multichannel audio, from Denon DVD players)
37lbs vs 29lbs. (might be difference in amplifier)
