Fox DVD replacement

Hey.
I just bought Dark Angel: Season One unopened from ebay. The first disc is completely flipping. I cant explain what its doing, except it start the menu. Now, i cant see how this could be the sellers fault since it was unopened, so I tried to find Fox Home Entertainments email, without luck.
Can any of you guys help?

I got this from foxstore.com:
If you have any problems with your order from FoxStore.com, please fill out the Contact Form and we’ll be happy to assist you. All claims must be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need a Return Authorization number to return items purchased from FoxStore.com. If you purchased a product from a retailer and there is a problem, please return the item to the retailer. If you were told to contact the manufacturer, then please email [email protected] or call 1-888-223-2FOX
I once called fox (foxstore.com, I believe) because I had a defective diary of anne frank disc which I ordered from amazon.com. Even though I ordered from amazon, I was told FOX would issue a replacement disc, if I mailed it to them. I was given a number to call, and was told they they'd provide mailing details on how to get a replacement disc.

Note: I ultimately returned the disc to amazon for a refund, then purchased a non-defective copy from CircuitCity.com.

take it back to wal-mart and say it was a gift, they will let you exchange it for the same thing. I always do that if any of my cases get messed up, so they should do it if they have it there.

Try 888-223-4FOX...that might get you where you need to be.

(edit: Sorry, just noticed the same number in the earlier post. It will work, though.)
