"Joey"...Matt LeBlanc new show...anyone gonna watch?

Anyone hear any early buzz on whether this show will be good or not? The previews and commercials don't look to appealing. I want to look forward, but everytime I see something new more and more flashbacks of what happened to the Seinfeld cast.

The early buzz is good and NBC seems to have a lot of confidence in the show.

They're going to show the entire pilot to advertisers soon, instead of just the funny clips, which is something that doesn't happen very often.

I'll give it a chance seeing that LeBlanc is the only reason that I watched "Friends" the last few years.

The problem with Seinfeld is that the characters were playing different people on their new shows. People didn't want that, which is why the shows failed. Joey on the other hand is the same guy, and that could work.

I'll definitely be watching it. The preview I saw during the Friends clip show (I think that's when it was) looked really good.

Ill be watching. NBC ordered a full 24 episode season and apparently the pilot is getting good reviews.

I'll give it a few weeks to win me over. I like Joey's character on Friends. Hope the character can work without his other friends.

I'll check it out. Joey was my least favorite friend but a Friend nonetheless.

I just stopped watching Friends after season 6. Don't really know why, although I may have started watching Survivor at the time. Regardless, I may watch the first episode just to see what's up.

They will have to do more than "constant Joey" personality to keep me in, but I will watch.

I bet that was the same thinking way back in '93 with a little show called Frasier.

I'll be watching. Joey and Chandler were always my favorite characters.

Yikes, it's scary when a show about Joey is the intellectual's only option.

I'll check out the first few episodes. It will be 3rd in priority behind The O.C. and Survivor. If it is at the same level in terms of quality as Friends over the last 3 seasons, I will drop it faster than you can say 'Matt LeBlanc.'

The choice is pretty clear to me: Joey.

I heard a CNN reporter who had watched the pilot say it was very funny. Of course, CNN is owned by Time/Warner - and Warners is doing the show.

Might watch the first one just to see if Drea has the ability to do something other than a variation on her Sopranos character. Somehow I don't see that happening though...

Will this show be in Friends' old time slot?

So, is there a thing called "Must See TV" anymore or did they decide give that up? Fingers crossed.

What will take the place of Apprentice after it runs its course? It is a 13 episode only season isn't it?
