I remember the first one. Taped it on a VHS many years ago. Don't recall if I ever saw the second one.
Thought the premise was good, but a bit cheesey, but I guess that comes with the live-action version of anime.

DVD Talk Limited Edition
I loved the second one.
Right now I'm debating on buying either:
BFC MAX: Guyver III Action Figure

(You can find better pictures on ebay).
-or-
Guyver I Vinyl Statue (by Max Factory )

(This is not my auction)

These would probabbly make my top 50 all time favorite movies, maybe even in the top 20 or so. I so cannot wait for these to come out, I wish I had a time machine

DVD Talk Hero
I just finished watching the first movie on Action (some channel owned by Starz). Ah the memories.
One thing, though. Will these be remastered? Cos there was a whole mess of cigarette burns on the version shown on TV and the film looks all fuzzy and nasty. I hope something can be done.
And another thing that I find curious is that the DVD for The Guyver will be a director's cut. But which director? There were two: Steve Wang and Screaming Mad George. Who got final say on this cut? Anyone know?
