Girlfriend's pick tonight. So we'll be watching Chungking Express in about an hour as soon as she is ready.

Tomorrow is The Great Escape: SE, been looking foward to this forever.

Wed it's Mets vs. Cards

Thursday it's Pistons vs Nets & Mets vs Cards

the rest of the week I have know idea except I will definitely squeeze in Angel Heart sometime & the extras on The Great Escape.

Can't keep up with you guys that do nothin but watch DVDs every single day. I love DVDs, but I have a life.

  • Steamboat Bill Jr. - Not the best of Keaton; some great 'special effects.' 6/10

  • Code Unknown - Very interesting and surprisingly emotional. 7/10
  • Bluebeard - Would have liked it better if it wasn't for that constant soundtrack. 4/10
  • Blackmail - Hitchcock experiments with sound. 7/10

  • Gerry - Overly intellectual without a payoff. Beautiful visuals though. 5/10

  • The Conversation - Lost in between the Godfathers but might actually be the better film. 8/10

  • Pulse (Kairo) - An apocalyptic ghost story. 8/10
  • Fog of War - Currently my favorite film that I've seen this year. 9/10

  • The Prince and the Pauper - Don't know how this became a Flynn/Rains movie and they hardly even meet. 4/10

    I started Mulholland Drive last night and began to fall asleep after 15 minutes. I was very tired, it wasn't the movie. I've heard this movie was very stupid and sucks, from people I know, but on this forum, people hold it in high regard.

    Anyway, she's under a table when I turned it off and am excited to work on this movie more tonight.
