Reviews on SAMURAI TRILOGY set?
I've tried elsewhere with no results. Can anyone tell me anything about these films and why I should buy this Criterion set? Thank you!

...if you are at all interested in these films, you should buy this Criterion set, seeing as how they are not available anywhere else (afaik)... read this review from The Digital Bits and judge for yourself!
