...of course, it may be that babka actually paid to see this movie in a theater, found out that "it sucks nuts big time", and - being angry at having wasted his hard-earned money - takes his (small) revenge by recommending that other people do the same... or maybe he was just being facetious...

Ughhhh. Could you give us a little more detail. 10x better than L.O.T.R. is a mighty bold statement without explaining a thing to back it up. I could have written what you posted without seeing the movie. What makes it so good?

Yeah and Titanic made nearly $2B by itself. Your point being? I love how people here say box office doesn't mean anything, but somehow LOTR is always exempted from this and immediately quoted.

My point being if you use box office tallies to measure a movie's worth, Titanic is by definition the greatest movie ever made by a wide margin!
