MGM S.E.'s - help with a few

I wanted to get a couple movies and surprisingly they are all MGM S.E.'s. I wanted your thoughts on the following.

Thelma and Louise - Is this a good movie, I've never seen it? How is the dvd.

Rain Man - How is the Dvd?
Usual Suspects - How is the Dvd? Can you get the slipcover?
Fargo - How is the dvd, when is the pricedrop. I want the slipcover...

Any info would be nice, thanks!

I've enjoyed all of the abovementioned DVDs and we reviewed the FARGO SE in full a while back if you're interested--it's definitely the best version of the film released on home video to date in terms of sound and image (they cleaned up the dirt that plagued previous transfers), and the extras are at the very least intriguing - http://filmfreakcentral.net/dvdreviews/fargo.htm

I remember the USUAL SUSPECTS SE disappointing me because Bryan Singer sat out most of the extras, leaving his composer/editor John Ottman to do a lot of the heavy lifting. I'm not sure if it's still being sold with the (orange-tinted) slipcover.

Thanks! I think I'll be picking up Fargo SE tonight if Wal Mart has it for 17 and change. Love the website too, I have it bookmarked and didn't think to look through old reviews there.

Thelma and Louise -I refuse to watch this movie. I hate Geena Davis and I think the premise is stupid.
Rain Man - Bought this on a blind buy. The dvd is anamorphic and a good product, but I thought the movie was overrated and boring. I immediately traded it.
Usual Suspects - An incredible classic and I have watched it many times. I think you would have to find it used or on ebay to get the slipcover. I do not have the slipcover on mine.
Fargo -My least favorite Coen. Check out Millers Crossing.

Well, that really qualifies you to comment on it!

Solid performances and good direction - the current DVD release is just fine, with some extras that increased my appreciation of the movie.

Hence, I stated that instead of offering a bogus opinion. If you read it genius, you will realize that I did not comment on it.
