Hitflix - WORST DVD Online Rental Service
I've had the unfortunate experience of joining them. I wanted to watch a mix of adult and mainstream titles.
First off, the turnaround time is HORRENDOUS. I didn't get a movie for an entire week, and when I called about it, they were like, "Oh, really?" I live in Los Angeles and they are located in nearby Fullerton, and yet the snail-like service persists.
Second, they give no refunds even if they've ripped you off, and they are insistent on that.
Don't waste your money on this AWFUL service.

I agree. Whats worse is I signed up for the 4 at a time. So I spend I belive 30 bucks and they only sent me 4 discs. I waited 3 weeks for them to send me more discs and they never did so I quite and cancelled. I'm just happy they didnt keep charging my credit card because I was scared they were going to.
