Decent HD Receiver?

Hi guys. I've got directv and a 48" HDTV. I'm looking to get an HD receiver (sure would have loved it for the Masters this past weekend). But I have some issues. First off, I don't want to spend a ton, but I do want an optical out for audio and component out for video. Also, I only have 2 component inputs on my TV. One is already being used by the DVD player, and the other by X-box. Do they sell a splitter so I can split the component? Otherwise, I'll have to use either S-video for the xbox or the receiver.....which I'd rather avoid. Any suggestions on what receiver to get, and how to solve the limited component input issues? Thanks.
