Nope. However, I suspect an announcement should be coming soon.

...assuming the first two sold well enough to continue producing them.

I certainly hope so! S1 & 2 were great blind buys for me and I'm looking forward to this.

The flyer with season 2 said "spring 2004" (and if they put the flyer in it's likely that season 1 sold well enough, even though it wasn't a best-seller), but that's been changed. I e-mailed Fox home video and someone replied:

We have not yet announced an official release date for the King Of The Hill Season Three DVD. The spring 2004 date has been pushed, and no longer correct.

Thanks for your enthusiasm!
As I said on another board, that implies to me that they plan to release it but (like the email said) don't have an official release date yet.

My own guess would be July, because the first season came out in July and because Fox already has sets of current Fox-network comedy shows coming out in May (Bernie Mac) and June (The Simpsons). Maybe KotH in July and then Arrested Development in August? Mind you, I'm just guessing.

I think there was a thread a few months ago where people said there was an issue with the music rights.
