Ong-Bak with English Subs

I hadn't heard anyone mention this, so I thought I'd post it.

http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.asp...ection-videos/

I thought the consensus was that the Hong Kong version wasn't going to English subs. This is the VCD version unfortunately, but does this mean the DVD is going to have English subs as well? Or is this just a misprint on the site?

It is also listed (the VCD) with English subs on the Layoyo.com site... so I think you can be pretty sure that when the DVD is eventually released in HK, it too will have English subs.

They didn't put a question mark on it at YesAsia where I found this, so if there are no English subs blame them.

This is DVDTalk, is it not? The title you are referring to is a VCD, they aren't the same thing, especially when your question is referring to a possible DVD release.

oh geez... let's move past the punctuation - as far as I'm concerned, there's far too many exclaimation marks and question marks in thread titles around here as it is... he can always borrow one from another thread that used like 11 of em.

They may realize that since there are bootlegs easily available with english subtitles, it may be in their best interest to put them on the official release.

The point of my thread was to point out the Ong-Bak VCD reportedly had English subs. That part wasn't a question. I could have just left it with that, but I decided to follow that up with a secondary topic that did happen to be a question and that was whether this might mean the Ong-Bak DVD would have English subtitles as well.

Happy????????????????????????????????????????????????
