Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne pictures!

http://www.thezreview.co.uk/news2/news1028.htm

It shows Bruce Wayne at some party scene I think.

His suit looks good, looking at the pictures, he looks very James Bond like, certainly the best Bale has been dressed in a film, looks as much as James Bond then a Bruce Wayne.

Dammit. I was going to post these.

Of course, my thread was going to be titled "OMG FIRST SHOTS OF CHRISTIAN BALE IN THE SUIT!!!!!!111!!!11"

I like to mess with the fanboys.

It's going to be hard seeing him as Bruce Wayne/Batman, since I think the only thing I've ever seen him in was American Psycho....Batman is a tough vigilante, but not a psycho. Plus I really didn't like AP, so that's a strike against this one. But I definitely didn't like Val Kilmer as Wayne, so CB's got one point up....

Or, at least so says one of his associates. You know, the guy with the green hair, "surgically enhanced" smile, who has a thing for purple suits?

Clooney would've been great if he had a "A PERSON OF LEADERSHIP" making the film. If he(Shumacher) had just told him NOT TO SMILE WHILE IN THE BATSUIT it would've been great. It's too bad Clooney gets blamed for the franchise's failure.

Back on topic....

These pics are cool....Why? Because it's FRIGGIN PROOF THEY'RE FINALLY...ACTUALLY... MAKING THIS LONG OVERDUE BATMOVIE!!

Clooney can be a good actor, but only with great directors behind the camera (Soderbergh, Joel Coen). Even his own performance in Confessions of a Dangerous Mind wasn't great. But I don't care who is directing a Batman movie, George Clooney is not, and never will be Batman. Never.

I remember reading Bale's Dad died recently, and he said something to the lines of "I'm going to nail this part of Batman for my dad." As his Dad, didn't know he was Batman as he died before Bale was cast.

This Batman film will be about Batman and written very well for a actor who's up for it, previous Bat films have been about villians, and cheated true bat fans who like to see more of bats etc and Bale is dertermined, he will be the best Bruce Wayne/Batman, I adored Keaton, but as Batman, I never believed in his fighting capabilities, Bale is more believable, and a good actor to make you believe it. Next year will be the best Batman film yet, and of cource it's my opinion only, but it's something I'm pretty positive about.

Cool pics. I've read the script and I can totally imagine Bale in this role. He will nail it.

Get your ass to a video store, or go to www.netflix.com , PRONTO, sign up, and get Spielberg's Empire of the Sun as soon as possible.

You can thank me later, I'm sure you will eventually.

Well with all the 15 supporting characters/villans, to be fair, Clooney only had about 10 minutes of screen time. He doesn't deserve the rap he gets for it. I thought he was quite an improvement over that piece of drift wood, Kilmer.

Very true. Kilmer didn't have any charisma in Batman compared to his virtuoso performance in Twikoff.

Those pictures look exactly like how I picture Christian Bale. It's uncanny.
