Are these titles available anywhere? Have they ever been?

Sorry if this is a stupid post but I've hunted around for these titles for a while and never found them. They're all good movies so it's a little surprising that someone somewhere hasn't put them out. Also, some of the titles are for sure available as I see them on eBay all the time. But they're always a fortune so if someone knows the direct source to buy, I'd appreciate it.

Michael Haneke titles
==================

Benny's Video
71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance
7th Continent
Wolfzeit
Time of the Wolf (kinda new so maybe not)

Other films
=========

Electra Glide in Blue
Mulholland Drive (2 disc set)
Metal Skin
Homicide (David Mamet's)
Permanent Vacation (Jarmusch)
The Cruise (documentary with Timothy "Speed" Levitch)
Any Fred Wiseman documentaries
David Holzman's Diary
Satantango (Bela Tarr--or any Bela Tarr, actually)
Weekend (Godard)
Monsieur Hire (Patrice Leconte)
The Hairdresser's Husband (Patrice Leconte)
Le Samorai (Melville)
Laws of Gravity
Who's That Knockin' on My Door (scorsese)

Any links to where I can find any of these titles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bela Tarr's Werckmeister Harmonies & Damnation were released in a 2-disc set on February 26th by Artificial Eye in the UK (R2 PAL).

Jean-Pierre Melville's
Le Samouraï is available from the French company René Chateau (R2 PAL) with English subtitles. It can be a little tricky to find (you might try Ebay), but is well-worth a purchase. I got mine through Cinestore.com, but they're presently out of stock.

There is a Dutch 2-disc version of Mulholland Drive from A-Film.

The Hairdresser's Husband (R2/PAL/UK)
Le Mari de la coiffeuse (R2/PAL/France - nla)

Metal Skin is available on a French (R2/PAL) DVD --- but ONLY in the French dub, not the original "Strain"... sigh

Le Temps du loup ("Wolfzeit" is a French movie, after all, featuring an all-French cast...) will be available next month on a French (R2/PAL) DVD --- apparently without subtitles in any language, not even French... sigh

. . . . . .

"Electra Glide in Blue" was released in a nice widescreen print in Japan (don't remember if it's anamorphic or not).

avoid the British disc of Le Mari de la coiffeuse....poor job!! ....I own the now OOP Benelux/France version-

Haneke's film is coming out in England by Artificial Eye on May 24...do a search...I had a thread about it...

Metal Skin....is available on a Russian disc as well....alas...no English, Russian only- cheaper than the French disc....

Cheers,

Permanent Vacation(Jarmusch, 1980) is available in Germany on PAL VHS, checkout amazon.de, German production companies helped produce this film along with couple others from early Jarmusch. It is also up for pre-order on dvd and vhs in U.S but no release date set (don't hold your breath) which is embarassing for one of great and truly independent U.S filmmakers.
