Movies featuring scenes of torture...

First off, somebody move this thread somewhere else if it's too graphic or violent or whatnot.

My friend (who's a new member on the boards) is too shy to ask so I'm asking for him (and no I'm not posing as "the friend")

I was talking to him about "Audition" and he wanted suggestions regarding movies with torture. We talked about the "Elsa, SS wolve" (sp?) movies but besides that I kinda drew a blank...

I remember some "Women in prison" B movies from a while back but your help would be appreciated for my perv friend

And please no porn or snuff movies heh.

Thanks in advance for your knowledge of torture in movies!

Tell your friend to accept his inner perv and just buy the Fetishes documentary.

Perhaps you might like

The Passion of the Christ

Torture to the max and the pope wants you to see it (however Matt Millheiser doesn't want you to see it)

I'd say the neverending rapes in Irreversible and I Spit on Your Grave qualify as torture. Oh yeah, and the penis slice-off in ISOYG, too

I remember seeing some Chuck Norris movie on tv that my dad was watching when I was very young. Some guy (Norris?) was being tortured and a bag with rats in it was put over his head, so they could munch on his face. Anyone know what film that was? Missing in Action, maybe?

Cool! I'm the first to mention Lucio Fulci's name!
