Thanks for the post Chris. Is the "New Adventures of Tarzan" going to be the 12 chapter serial or the 70 minute movie condensed from the serial? Hopefully the former.

Suddenly! I have been waiting for a decent copy of this Sinatra film for too long. Great to see The Roan Group start to breathe again. Perhaps The Man with the Golden Arm will soon follow?

Great! Now I can dump my Alpha copy of Lady Gangster!

I love the Roan stuff, and I'm also glad they're coming back to life.

Let's see now, Image has released a beautiful print of "Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe" and VCI has released it plus all 3 of the Zorros.

Why in the hell would Roan release them again. Who in there right mind would double dip for a serial?

If Roan's are beautiful prints, better than the LDs, better than Images, then maybe I could see it, maybe.

Why don't they release serials we don't have like "SUPERMAN AND BATMAN"...ONES WE DON'T HAVE...DO YOU HEAR ME?...ONE'S WE DON'T HAVE!!!!!!!!

Hmmm...I'm still counting down the days till the big $1.99/$2.99 sale...only 9 months or so to go till the next one!

EDIT: Hrmm....It's buy one get one free....which means $3.99/Roan movie. Couple that with their best price on Cannibal! The Musical (which I must have) and their outrageous shipping charges might be managable...

I must echo already expressed sentiments. Why is Roan Group releasing serials which are already available in acceptable editions? This news does not excite me at all.
