I ordered something this morning without any problems.
Intermittent slowing and error messages are pretty common with DDD, from my experiences.

Anyone seeing this problem when clicking on the 'buy now' link on deepdiscountdvd.com?
I'm still seeing this error after 3 days. And no response via their CS email address.

Have you tried clearing your cookies?
They sent me this once...
Clearing Cookies/Temporary Internet Files
Occasionally, problems that you encounter while browsing our web site may be caused by the cookies and temporary files stored by your browser on your computer. Removing them often fixes many problems associated with logins or viewing old versions of pages (cached pages). Below are the instructions for clearing all of your cookies and temporary Internet files
Internet Explorer 6.0 +
1. Click on Tools -> Internet Options from the top menu bar of a browser window
2. Select Delete Cookies from the General Tab
3. A dialog box will come up asking Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files Folder? select OK
4. Select Delete Files from the General Tab
5. Make sure 'Delete all offline content' is checked, and select OK. It may take several minutes for this process to finish. Internet Explorer is simply removing old graphics and files from the various websites you have visited recently that aren't necessary.
6. Once it is complete, select 'OK' to exit out of both screens. You should then close all of your currently open Internet Explorer browser windows, and then re-open a new Internet Explorer window

I don't have any problems accessing Deep Discount DVD; however, I notice that the order page is no longer secure (the little padlock doesn't show up on the bottom of the page, as it does for every other site I order from). Until that is corrected, I will no longer order from DDD.
