when you pre-order, you get a bonus cd. it mentions a bonus pokemon (wishgiver or something like that). is that a pokemon that you can get for the actual game or only for the GBA pokemon ruby/sapphire games?

It's for both, but you'll have to have one of them to download it to in the first place. Once you have it on Ruby or Sapphire you'll be able to use it in Colliseum. If you don't have Ruby or Sapphire then the bonus disc wouldn't be worth anything.

Its a pretty cool character by the way. I had finished Sapphire a long time ago, but actually started playing again just to use and level up this character.
