Top 5 KISS songs!!
Ok guys I know KISS is probably making plans to do a 5th farewell tour but I still believe Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons are the Lennon/McCartney of my generation.
My top 5:
-Love Gun (Oh so cheesy but awesome!!)
-Cold Gin (How can you not resist lyrics like: "My heater's broke and I'm sooooo tired )
-Black Diamond (Peter Criss screaming without a decent voice makes it worth it!!)
-Detroit, Rock City (the EVILS of drinking and driving )
-Deuce (One of their BEST songs... Damn everytime I watch tennis and there's a deuce that song pops into my mind hehe)
What are YOUR faves?

I remember reading that it took Paul Stanley about 15 minutes to write "I was made..." With disco at its peak, he just capitalized on the genre.

You guys are all wrong.
It's (in no particular order):
1. Strutter
2. I Stole Your Love
3. Rocket Ride
4. Rock Bottom
5. Deuce
There's way too many great songs to just pick 5.

The thing I love about KISS is they can play a brutal heavy metal song, a piano ballad and a 70's disco song in the same concert and it works. I can't think of any other band that can pull that off.
1 - Who Wants To Be Lonely (nasty heavy glam metal song, I love this... and the video is great)
2 - Easy As It Seems ("I've been your boyfriend for too many years..." awesome)
3 - Take It Off (the perfect strip club song, shame they didn't put this out as a single)
4 - Cold Gin
5 - Sure Know Something

I can't really limit it to 5 songs (50 maybe), but I'll try...
1. Deuce - Especially the Alive III version (Eric Singer really hit the mark on that one!)
2. Calling Dr. Love - Fantastic riffs and great vocal hooks!
3. I've Had Enough - KISS Metal! Eric Carr propels this one forward, and it is one of the better Paul Stanley/Desmond Child songs.
4. Spit - KISS Funk/Blues Metal! Great riffs and fun tongue in cheek lyrics!
5. I Want You - CLASSIC KISS!
Honorable mentions -
Strutter
Watchin' You
Firehouse
Hotter Than Hell
Shock Me
Detroit Rock City
I Stole Your Love
Love Gun
Creatures Of The Night
Heaven's On Fire
Who Wants To Be Lonely
I'm Alive
Tears Are Falling
Unholy
Heart Of Chrome
Jungle
Hate
Master and Slave
In The Mirror (!)
Psycho Circus
(I told you I couldn't limit it to only 5...)
