Smallville Season 1 Boxset - are there still bad batches around?

Just wanting to know those that got this box set, do the bad batches still exist......as I am referring to the ones that apparently have episode duplication or something like that?

I bought my set when it was first released and it didn't have "episode duplication". The discs were scratched because they were loose, but that was the only problem I had.

Huh?

maybe others who have this boxset will know what i am talking about.......when I say episode duplication, to make it more clear, you have the same episode on the disc but done twice....i am also hearing there are some pixelating that even occurs......which is why I never got this set

I heard something about that the day the set was released but I haven't heard of anyone else reporting the problem since then.

There was only one guy reported this problem, never heard complain from any other. Maybe that guy got a bootleg.

My set was fine and I preordered it from Amazon. Other than a few posters mention some scratches due to the casing, I haven't heard of any problems with the release.

My set doesn't have anything like that. I had a scratched set. 3 of the disks were loose. Took it back to target and they promptly gave me a new set with all the disks firmly in place. I never heard of any error in the set. Just complaints about the packaging.

Great Boxset

I bought mine a couple months ago at Walmart and didn't have any issues. Other than buying something at Walmart.
