Ever have problems playing DVD Audio?
I have a JVC XV-SA70 DVD player and it won't play the audio on my DVD Audio discs. It does the play the video and has no problem with any other DVDs or CDs.
The front of the player says it has DVD Audio, but I noticed the screen that initially pops up does not.
Anyone have a problem with their JVC or other brand playing the sound?

To be more specific, hehe, there are a couple ways to connect a DVD audio player, depending on the track you listen to and the player.
It looks like your player is a DVD-A player, so make sure you are using the 5.1 outputs to your receiver, not just the digital out. Using just the digital out will only allow you to listen to the DTS or DD 5.1 tracks and not the High definition MLP Track.
Try making sure your receiver is interpretting the right signal too. On mine I had to assign the digital input to one device (called DVD/LD) and I assigned the 5.1 output to another (called CD/CDR.)
Did you try manually selecting tracks on the disc also? I've noticed with my Queen disc I have to go in and manually start the tracks or they won't play.
