"Dead Kennedys: Live at the Death Club" 3/9/04
I was just browsing Amazon and I saw that this album will be coming out next month from Manifesto Records. I assume that this is the 1979 live release that the band has been talking about.
Here's a tracklist that I found on a Japanese site:
1. Johnny Walker Introduction
2. Kill the Poor (disco version)
3. Back In Rhodesia (early version of "When You Get Drafted")
4. Man with the Dogs
5. Gaslight (previously unreleased)
6. California Uber Alles
7. Ill In the Head
8. Straight A's
9. Short Songs
10. Holiday on Cambodia
11. Police Truck
11. Forward to Death
12. Have I the Right (Honeycombs cover)
13. Back In the USSR (Beatles cover)
14. Viva Las Vegas
Looks like this should be a good release .

I think the title is Live at The Deaf Club. the DK's played many shows at this bizarre San Francisco venue in the late 70's. There is a an out of print vinyl LP called Can you hear me, Music from the Deaf Club featuring 3 live DK's songs(Police Truck, Short Songs, Straight A') plus live cuts from the Mutants, KGB, Offs, Tuxedo Moon and Pink Section. I am not sure if this CD is the full set from this show. Looks like a great release as you said.

I concur with Brain Stew. Fantastic release. The sound quality is outstanding for a punk gig from 1979 recorded on cassette. I believe this is the full set from the Can you hear me LP I referenced above. Jello is in true form on this one. Plus this set features the rare five piece version of the DK's. Pick this up if you have any interest in the DK's or early American hardcore.
