Digital Eyes Quote Machine question

Boy, I've searched the forum and read through their site but can't find out if I can send in BB previously viewed discs on their used program.

My guess is no, but I figured I'd check.

Anyone tried this?

Thanks in advance.

We will if the disc and case are in perfect shape. That is our only restriction.

Just want to say that I'm glad Digital Eyes has the "must be perfect" policy for used DVDs that they buy.

I've bought quite a few used DVDs there during the last few years, and it's nice to be able to count on the condition being like new.

I've also sold many DVDs to them for store credit during the last few years. I only send perfect discs, and have never had one rejected. If a disc is marginal, with even a small flaw, I don't even bother to send it.

Digital Eyes is still one of my favorite places to do business with, and Mark's personal attention to customers is one of the main reasons for that. Although they're now associated with DeepDiscountDVD in some ways, I'm happy to say that you're dealing with a different place if you have a problem or question.
I think Mark has usually responded to emails within a day, whereas DDD is hard to contact, and they recently lied to me about how they would handle a problem with a defective disc. I'm going to post that story in a "DeepDiscountDVD sucks" thread pretty soon.
