OK, I need to watch a movie that was relasted in the 1950's. Now I am not a big fan of movies in the 50's so what should I watch. I was looking at War of the Worlds, but I already saw it. Want something new.

Thanks,

Kinda vague there, and there are so many. The first one that jumped into my head was Rebel Without a Cause.

Also, more good ones:
Some Like it Hot
Rear Window
North by Northwest
12 Angry Men
Singin' in the Rain
Sweet Smell of Success

or just go here: http://us.imdb.com/Charts/Votes/1950

The Blob (cheesy schlock)
Marty (Best Picture 1955; Early Romantic Comedy)
On the Waterfront (Best Picture 1954)
Some Like It Hot

Plenty more, but these are off the top of my head from looking at my collection.

What you'd like depends on what your tastes are. Do you like musicals? Sci-fi? Comedies? Dramas?

Anyway, here's what I have from that decade:

Sunset Boulevard
The Day the Earth Stood Still
High Noon
Limelight
Singin' In the Rain
House of Wax
Creature From the Black Lagoon
On the Waterfront
Rear Window
Seven Samurai
Bob le Flambeur
Rififi
To Catch A Thief
The Man Who Knew Too Much
The Searchers
The Bridge on the River Kwai
The Blob
Touch of Evil
Vertigo
Ben-Hur
North by Northwest
Some Like It Hot
