Terminator 2: Limited Black Tin Edition... A rip-off?

I am wondering if anyone has the Terminator 2 Limited Black-tin Edition (1 DVD) and could tell me if it's a rip-off package or not. Basically it says on the box that it has the Director's cut version of the film and a whole load of commentaries. Do these make it worth it?

I know that the Extreme Edition of T2 is the one to have but I already have this Black-Tin edition in my possession... was wondering if to keep it or give it away. Any suggestions or comments about this edition? thanks...

the "black tin" may in fact be the metal case for the ue? its not a "directors cut" its morely an extended cut since cameron still prefers the theatrical cut.

Yes it's a metal case... there's a label on it saying 'Limited Black Tin Edition' it was bought it London, UK... the film cut is rated 15 ... so more than an extended version it seems like it is actually a watered-down version. I'm puzzled to say the truth. I know that the extended version has an 18 rating. The only special features seem to be commentaries from 26 different crew members. It is one DVD and on the package it doesn't say either Extreme or Ultimate edition. I am afraid to open in case it is a rip-off and I'd want to sell as new.
