Buffy Season 7/Angel Season 4 Crossovers
Season 3 of Angel is almost here and TiVo has most of Buffy Season 7 waiting for me. How much of B7 can I watch before it starts crossing over?

As far as Buffy goes, you should stop after "Lies My Parents Told Me", which sorta crosses over into the Angel episode "Orpheus".
And you should also watch the rest of the fourth season of Angel before you get to the Buffy episode "End Of Days".

Season 7 of BTVS and 4 of ATS don't match up the way BTVS4/ATS1 and BTVS5/ATS2 did.
I think I came up with a workable order for both shows, though.
7.01 Lessons ---
7.02 Beneath You ---
7.03 Same Time, Same Place 4.01 Deep Down
7.04 Help 4.02 Ground State
7.05 Selfless 4.03 The House Always Wins
7.06 Him 4.04 Slouching Toward Bethlehem
7.07 Conversations with Dead People 4.05 Supersymmetry
7.08 Sleeper 4.06 Spin the Bottle
7.09 Never Leave Me 4.07 Apocalypse Nowish
7.10 Bring on the Night 4.08 Habeas Corpses
7.11 Showtime 4.09 Long Day's Journey
7.12 Potential 4.10 Awakening
7.13 Killer in Me 4.11 Soulless
7.14 First Date 4.12 Calvary
7.15 Get it Done 4.13 Salvage
7.16 Storyteller 4.14 Release
7.17 Lies My Parents Told Me 4.15 Orpheus
7.18 Dirty Girls 4.16 Players
--- 4.17 Inside Out
--- 4.18 Shiny Happy People
7.19 Empty Places 4.19 Magic Bullet
--- 4.20 Sacrifice
--- 4.21 Peace Out
7.20 Touched 4.22 Home
7.21 End of Days ---
7.22 Chosen ---
I'm thinking that maybe the timeline for "Angel" gets a bit wonky in the third and fourth seasons, because I believe the fourth season takes place over a relatively short period of time, whereas all of the BTVS seasons mostly take place in "real time" -- meaning they begin around August/September and end in May.
Since, in ATS S4, there are references to events at the end of the third season took place six months ago, that would mean that the third season of ATS lasted longer than the sixth season of BTVS, as both ATS S4 and BTVS S4 intersected in the final handful of episodes. I tried to compensate for that by starting ATS S4 a little later into BTVS's run.
The important thing to remember is that ATS 4.15 "Orpheus" takes place between BTVS 7.17 "Lies My Parents Told Me" and BTVS 7.18 "Dirty Girls" and ATS 4.22 "Home" takes place before BTVS 7.21 "End of Days."
