Ed Wood - Easter Eggs

I found one and thought I'd pass it on to the lucky bunch who were able to find a copy.

In the Deleted Scenes section, push the RIGHT> button and scroll through each title until you see the lightning bolt in the top right corner light up. Hit enter and enjoy the Dr. Acula deleted scene.

On a side note... How HOT is Lisa Marie in the music video?!?!

No copy in my hands yet... But, if this is the "Universal" scene... There's some - very small - rumblings from a member or two over at HTF that this could be the reason for the recall... Who knows, but I thought that was an interesting bit of speculation... Take it with a gigantic grain of salt.

For me, the whole disc is an easter egg, one I haven't been able to find.

It is the Universal Scene. And as far as the reason for it's recall, I stopped trying to figure it out after I got my copy... But it will be interesting to hear the final response.

could someone please expand what the meaning of "the Universal scene" is..? there's a mention of the studio, and they're not happy with that?

It's a scene with Bela and Ed talking about rejuvinating Bela's career:

Bela: "Those bastards at Universal, I made so much money for them, now I can't get the time of day."

Ed: "So let's make another Dracula, let's make The Return of Dracula."

Bela: "We can't, those son's of bitches own the rights."

If Michael Eisner does not release this dvd in the same (or better) condition then my ghost will haunt him for eternity when I die! I really think he'd prefer not to be haunted by a naked guy.

There that ought to get this solved.

What a sec...I'm younger than he is. Dang....

I didn' t think that was her. Wasn't it just a dancer with better looking legs and equal size boobs?

Yeah she was smokin'. Not sure how she's holding up but I used to tune into that short films show she hosted on Sci-Fi just to see her dressed in various hot outfits. Sad, but true. Damn I miss that show.

But why would Disney care if Universal is offended? It's not as if either studio invented the exploitation of its stars.

The alert we got at Borders said it was recalled for "legal reasons" very vague. I'd love to know what the legal reasons are.

If the recall is for legal reasons, which I have no doubt that it is, I just hope it costs Disney a bunch of $$$. They should research this stuff better before jerking consumers around. If anything, this recall may have made this disc more popular than before the recall.

Oh well.

Sorry, the dancer in the music video is not Lisa Marie. Look at the shot when she pulls the scarf out of her cleavage - it's obviously a younger girl. She also has a dancer's legs, where as Lisa Marie is built more like Luba from Love & Rockets. When there are shots of the girl silhouetted with a shroud, it looks a lot more like Lisa's cheekbones, it's hard to tell. But it doesn't look like her when the film "breaks." But as for the dancer - not Lisa Marie.

Maybe Buena Vista is recalling these because they forgot to put forced coming attractions on this pressing.
