Original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles T.V. show coming in April

Finally. While this is only 9 episodes it does represent the entire first season and then some.

The TV cartoon was in 87? I thought it was early 90's...but then again the first movie was 1990.

Only $14.99? Yay! Anybody know exactly how many seasons the show lasted?

You know, the title of this thread could very well lend itself to many, many jokes.

By the way, DeepDiscount DVD has this up for pre-order for UNDER 8 BUCKS SHIPPED! It's listed as 'TMNT-ANIMATED' and scheduled for April, so it looks like the right one.

This is a MUST-BUY for me. CH has it on preorder for $17.98. I guess I'm going through DDD this time.

It should be noted that the "unaired" episodes were created in 1996 as part of the 10th season, which wrapped up the series and brought it to a close
That's from TVShowsondvd.com .
Damn, I'm good.

Some of these seasons are pretty big. 3 is about 47 episodes. I wonder what the structure and pricing'll be on that.

Anyway, thank God someone is giving Rhino a run for their ill-begotten money.

Cowabunga dudes!!!

Still no word if they plan to release full season sets. As you mentioned the seasons are pretty lopsided so it would have been better to release volumes but I'm not complaining

Thanks for the DDD heads up Randy Miller III.
