Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel

I just rented this from Gamefly. I honestly did not expect much from this title. From the screenshots I have seen it just looked like they totally butchered the Fallout franchise.

I am, however, happy to say that after about 2 hours of playing I am so far thoroughly enjoying this game. It is basically a Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance rip off in the Fallout universe(it does even use the same engine). I don't really have any major gripes about it so far, it seems to just be a average/above average game. I am probably a bit biased since I loved the original two Fallout games and will take whatever Fallout I can get. That and the fact that I loved Dark Alliance (and the sequel so far).

edit: I do have one minor gripe. The character I am using (you can choose from 3) only has a few 'battle cries', most of which use the word 'shit'. That does get kind of old, not sure what the other characters sound like. The voice acting so far has been pretty good and keeps the same mature type of gameplay that the originals had.
