What can you do? Nothing... Just be glad that you got your money back and move on.

It's possible that the seller received a higher offer from someone else... And it's also possible that the seller lost or damaged the item... You'll never know, so don't worry about it... Take the positive feedback, your refund and be happy.

Is the money in your "paypal balance"? If it is, then you can transfer it to your bank account, assuming you have Paypal connected to your bank....or you could spend it on future purchases. The balance wont go anywhere.
In regards to your purchase....i understand your disappointment, but as others said, you are fortunate to have had an honorable seller refund your money....its possible that they decided to keep it after all.

I was wondering why would you pay $105 for this cinematic treat and then I read the following dvdtalk.com review:

Clownhouse is a film that will, justifiably, forever live in infamy. It went from obscurity to the heights of cult filmdom due to the rising career of its director Victor Salva, who was convicted of molesting the child actor who plays the films lead role.

Conclusion: Obviously if its history disgusts you, you’ll not support the film making a dime...However, my own personal feelings are, if you are the least bit curious, the film only merits a casual rental because beyond a few well done tame shock scenes and its notorious chapter in film history, the film isn’t all that much to crow about.

Yuck! Be glad that you got your money back.

Don't be so angry...the seller refunded your money and is leaving you positive feedback.

The director also did the movie Powder. I can remember there was an uproar and even some scenes people quesioned.

If you are "issues306" on Ebay, you are the one with
-1 feedback while the seller has 100% positive feedback.

What's the problem? The seller has refunded your money, you aren't out a cent. You paid with your Visa card, so the refund has been posted back to your Visa.

I can certainly understand that you are disappointed, but don't take it out on the seller. Mistakes happen.

Wait another couple of months, then pay $14.99 for the DVD once it's finally released officially.

Re: eBay... If you're convinced the seller is being less than honest, leave negative (or neutral, if you're feeling generous) feedback. If you believe his story -- and you accept his apologies -- leave positive feedback. In either case, in the comments section of the feedback form, describe what happened ("paid immediately, item stolen, seller refunded money quickly") so that other eBayers know how the transaction went.

Here's the thing. You have your money, they apologized. Just move on.

If you post him a neg or a nuet, you will more then likely get one right back, and your profile already leaves much to be desired (-1). Your profile would then drop to -2, and his 100% will go down to 99.9%. All it will do it make you look worse, and will have no effect on him, since a neut or neg from a -1 or -2 feedback bidder is really irrelevant, and just makes it look like the buyer was problematic, not the seller.

In all honesty, if I were him, I would have cancelled your bid prior to the auction ending anyway based on your feedback alone, but that is just me.
