There's part of me that still wishes that they seperated broadcast TV from cable TV, but let's not get into that again.
I really could care less who wins tonight, as long as Matt LeBlanc takes home a statue. He has been the only reason to watch Friends this season.
Just to add: Since there is James Gandolfini this year, I think William Peterson has a shot at it. But he's up against Michael Chiklis (The Shield), Anthony LaPaglia (Without a Trace), Martin Sheen (The West Wing),
and Kiefer Sutherland (24).

Angels in America winning wasn't that big of a surprise, was it?
EDIT: The Office was. That was one of the best speeches I've seen (and the reactions from the audience were too funny)

Did anybody else see Al Pacino?
Holy cow, Al Pacino looked horrible. He didn't shave, his only have couple hairs left........ He looks like a bad episode of grumpy old man.

Wow, I didn't know Bitty Schramm was nominated for Monk. Too bad she didn't win.

BBC America's "The Office," which stars co-creator Ricky Gervais as an annoying boss at a British paper merchant, defeated "Arrested Development," "Monk," "Sex and the City" and "Will & Grace" for best comedy show. The critically lauded "The Office" is being developed into an American version.

At the end of her speech, Meryl Streep said she wanted to let everyone know that she doesn't think relationships between two people that love each other and steroids in sports are not our countries two biggest problems.
