Nintendo bonus-disk mania continues: Metal Gear Solid: TTS
There's yet another Japan-only GCN bundle, this time featuring MGS: TTS. Included is a bonus disk with bonus behind-the-scenes material as well as - *drumroll* - the original Metal Gear for NES! let's hope it comes to the states!

The system itself is supposed to be stylized in a MGS look. I'm hoping it's much more attractive then the previous installments. I wanted the Tales of Symphonia until I saw the nasty mint green color.

Priced at 21,000 yen (about $190), the "Premium Package" version will include a special-edition GameCube console, a copy of the game, a special oversized box, a 44-page booklet of background information, and a disc of special digital extras as well. Among various images and movies documenting the development of the game, it will also include an emulated version of the original Famicom Metal Gear.
Why do all the cool bundles only come out AFTER you buy the console?

I feel asleep.
I don't know if the system will come here, but the disc maybe, but we have never gotten any of the Metal Gear Solid extra stuff here in the states as a bonus so far. Here's hoping, I'd love to see the behind the scenes video. I've seen a preview video of it on Konami Japan's homepage, they went all out using wire effects among other things, really cool.
