The Princess Bride or Robin Hood: Prince of Theives?
My wife and I watched The Princess Bride over the weekend. I expected her to love it, but she didn't really enjoy it that much, and said she preferred Robin Hood. She liked the Enigo Montoya character, and Peter Falk as the grandfather, but she found the Wesley and Buttercup characters too bland.
What do you think?

both great movies, but princess bride is superior

How could you not love Vizzini and Fezzik they were such great characters? The Princess Bride is way better than Prince of Thieves

Bride is a good movie (though heavily overrated). I'd say it edges out Prince by a nose or two.

Robin Hood is a good movie. But Princess Bride is a classic. I must have watched PB dozens of times already. I don't think I will ever get sick of watching PB.
