Movie trailer on TV: what song is it?

I have a question I'm hoping somebody can help out with. It's sort of odd so bare with me.

I wanted to know if someone knows the name of the song played during a lot of movie/TV previews, it's currently used in the commercial for "Along came Polly" with Ben stiller/Jennifer Aniston. I thought I'd post this question here since the music is in movie (and TV) previews shown on TV.

Basically, the commercial starts with this one type of music, can't even remember, but about midway through the music changes, and its this very common/"jumpy" music used in a lot of previews. It usually signifies a change in tempo when things "go out of control" (jen aniston's character starts going wacky on ben stiller). I think the lyrics are something like "hey hey hey" (sung really fast).

I wish I could explain better but maybe someone out there can follow, and when they see the commercial or trailer you'll know what I am talking about.

Just wondering what the music or song is called because I might use it in this spoof I'm working on.

Thanks.

Is it in the full preview (the one on apples site) or only the tv spot?

Just checked it out, no, the preview I saw is not on the apple site. I also checked out another site which had 3 TV spots but none of them had the song. This is weird. I'll keep looking.

I haven't seen the trailer, but from your description the song sounds like "Treat Her Right" by George Thorogood.

That's it (they may use a cover of that song). Thanks!

Yes, that's the exact one. Thanks again.
