Fairly recent movie, though I don’t even recall who stared in it. I didn’t see it, but remember a few details regarding the previews.

Not sure if these facts are totally correct, but it’s what I recall from the preview:
Takes place in the not so distant future.
Main character is some kind of researcher/scientist.
Wakes up one morning and is accused of being some kind of android/robot that has been posing as the real individual, though he insists that he is the real guy.
On the run from the government/corporation where he worked, considered to be dangerous.
His wife is not sure what to believe.

Can anyone help?

Nope. Not that recent. And in Paycheck, Affleck's character has his memory erased; not accused of being an android.

I'd bet my bottom dollar that you're talking about Imposter, starring Gary Sinese and Madeline Stowe.
