Just curious. I still can't afford mine.

I bought one of these yesterday at Tweeters:
It's the Samsung 46" DLP and it should be arriving on Tuesday. Just in time for all of the BCS bowl games.
My wife said we could go bigger (56"), but I knew that our viewing distance would be too close. The larger set also wouldn't fit very well. The 46" set will fit oh so sweetly.

I'm saving some of the money I got for my X1 projector in a few months hehe. That's as close as I can get. I guess I can live with an 80 inch screen in my studio.

No, but I'm keeping my eye on a Sony 34" widescreen that best buy jacked the price up on right before the holidays. Once that puppy goes back down I might just invest.

I just bought myself a Hitachi 51S700. It's a 51" CRT Rear Projection with a built in HD Tuner. It was delivered on Saturday. I've watched a few movies and been tweaking the basic settings since then. I probably wouldn't leave my chair but work and sleep ruined that plan.
Now I want to watch all my DVDs again. This is a HUGE step up from a 27" Toshiba.
