Hee hee, plugging products and boasting.. hee hee, a two for one.

the quality on the dvd is pretty good. can't say the same for the film itself. Audio kicks in so it should be a treat for your home theater set up.

I am looking to buy a multimedia rack. But $260 is out of my price range. I was looking to spend about $80 to $100. Any suggestions?

i'm looking for a new bedspread.
an old english engraving pattern would be fine, or blue or brown rectangles would work.
i have about $35 in Christmas money.
any suggestions?

Right before underworld was released in the theaters, AMC or some other cable channel showed a documentary on the subculture movement of the vampires and werewolves. I was hoping that doc would be added as a supplement. But no such luck.

Underworld can never be more than a rental...

Not even close!

Yes there are two love interests in the movie, but should hardly be described as Romeo and Juliet meet vampires and werewolves. It's accurate to desrbie the movie as Matrix meets Blade w/ a small lovestory subplot.

Dryars apparently didn't see the movie, people... that or he's never read Romeo & Juliet.

Isamu, it's just that. Vampires fight against werewolves, and one of the most beautiful and best of the vampires falls in love with one of the werewolves (though he's an altogether new breed of beast).

That's the basic plot, but you'd never tell that they were supposed to be in love if no-one had told you. There's absolutely no chemistry whatsoever and stuff just "happens" to fall into place. The whole "vampire vs. werewolf" angle is ignored; it's just guys in black shooting guys in black. This isn't the movie forum, however; I digress.

I imagine there'll be a superbit of this, and that was a mighty audio mix in the theater - it needs dts.

I thought the plot was hot woman wears skin tight black outfit and stuff happens.

Of course I only saw it once so I may have missed some plot twists

I will buy this on dvd for some nice action scenes and the hot woman wearing black outfit plot

I hated how in the first gun scene in the subway everyone had the worst aim ever. Lame.

First off I have read Romeo and Juliet. Second I have seen the Movie. Third, the person opposite to Kate Beckensdale
Spoiler:
is not a Werewolf, and although he becomes some kind of hybrid vampire/werewolf, they fall in love with each other when he was HUMAN!
. Also the grand plot of the movie did not revolve around those two and their intimacy. It was infact a subplot. I suggest you rewatch the damn movie before you provide anymore misleading information.

So in acutality DonnachaOne, YOU DID NOT SEE THE MOVIE.

Or you could just call the movie crap and be done with it.

Glad some like it but I just thought it was terrible...
