I'm having a very strange problem(HT related)...

my entire HT system is somehow locking down. not 1 of any of the remotes are working. I can't turn anything on/off. I can't change inputs on my tv/reciever. It is not the batteries since I tried replacing them before I posted this. this happened 1 other time but it stopped after a minute or so. this time I'm coming up on over 5 minutes. any ideas?

You might have a remote that has a button that is stuck. It may be overloading the IR sensors. Try taking all the batteries out of all of your remotes and then trying them one at a time. Like previous poster have you added any new light sources that might be causing interference? Using another IR device in the room? Anything that might be timed with the problem like a new palm pilot with IR port active?
