Region-free or R1 players in Ireland?
Folks,
I am very possibly going to take a job in Ireland, and live now in the US. I have about 350+ dvds that I'd like to take with me if Region-Free players are readily available in Ireland. I've actually been there to visit on three different occasions in the last three years, but never looked into this as the job dropped from the sky. The question: Will I be able to buy a player over there to play my R1 discs? If so, just plug-and-play? If they're useless, I'd be open to any suggestions on the best way to sell them (the way I figure, I could either ebay them as a lot, sell them individually in the Exchange forum, or sell them in the Exchange forum as a lot).
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
Steve

Amazon.co.uk sells brand-name (JVC, Panasonic etc) region free players on the site. They list them as region free too so no mods are necessary I assume. I'm pretty positive they also ship to Ireland.
