How can you pick one? No Woman,No Cry of the 3, but my favorite is probably Toots & the Maytals "24-46 Was My Number"(since Pressure Drop was already mentioned).

Sustitute "Many Rivers to Cross" for "The Harder They Fall" and add "Get Up, Stand Up", and that list pretty much nails it.
As a lucky strike extra, I'd personally add "When The Two Sevens Clash" by Culture and "Marcus Garvey" by Burning Spear.
