What bit rate for Portable MP3 player?
I picked up a portable MP3 player for the gym and just wondering what the ideal bit rate is for one of these small players? 95% of my songs are 192 with the rest 128. Should I go for 64 or less?
What I plan to do is make a copy of all my MP3's and then compress the copies down to size since my MP3 player is only 64mb. Cost me $40 after rebates. Should of been 128MB, but I kind of missed out on the deal yesterday. Thanks for any input!

64kbps is pretty shoddy quality. Think AM Radio quality. You would be able to fit a lot more on there at that rate, but you are going to be making a big compromise in quality. 40 bucks is hard to beat though hehe.
