Judging from the charts, there are millions of people purchasing pure crap: (Britney, Clay Aiken, Hilary Duff).

#3: BLINK 182 -- BLINK 182

This I'm surprised at, considering that their last album plummeted down the charts so fast despite it debuting at Number One. Most people were disappointed with Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, the anticipated follow-up to 1999's runaway smash Enema Of The State.

I don't expect this self-titled album to stand up well.

I'm thinking we need to keep you outta the Mature Forum bigjim25..

While there's nothing wrong with your "Girl Of the Week" threads [just some of the voters selections..], I appreciate these threads even more..

Though, I couldn't vote on this poll since you made Tori & DMB separate choices.. grrrr

Cyndi's great and is due for a comeback. Unfortunately, I don't care for this latest album too much. Nothing wrong with the standards but from the clips I've heard, the songs could use a little more production.

I knew she would be in the Top ten but I didn't think Britney would top the chart. The first single hasn't been doing well.

For those of you who don't know, Britney Spears set the record as the FIRST FEMALE SOLO ARTIST TO ACCUMILIATE FOUR CONSECTITIVE NO.1 ALBUMS since her debut.

1. ...Baby, One More Time
2. Opps...I Did It Again
3. Britney
4. In The Zone

Funny thing, though, is that they really don't push her singles. Her debut album spawned the No.1 hit with the title track, and her second album barely achieved a top ten single with the title track (#9).

Her third album failed to achieve a top ten hit, and I doubt her latest will achieve one either.

I was sure that "I'm a Slave for you" or "Slave for You" from "Britney" made it in the top ten.

It Helps when Wal-Mart buys most of those albums.. Just look at the other crap that sales alot [meaning sold to (a.k.a. certified) stores]
