Maybe just for completeness??? Based on what I've seen, it was the best season, with The Taint, the Civil War Re-enactments, Larry Kliest (Rapist), and Fairsley vs. Gibbons.
It probably won't be out until next summer if it follows the pattern of the last two releases and HBO TV sets in general.

Andy Dick? I'm a huge Mr. Show fan and I realize Andy and Bob worked together on the Ben Stiller show, but when was Andy on Mr. Show? He may have done a quick cameo, but the whole season?

Hmm, I'm not familiar with the fourth season. Other than the few episodes I've seen on TV, I've become acquainted with the show on DVD. I read that Dick had recorded commentaries as someone's proof that Season 4 was being worked on, but maybe he was referring to the aforementioned "Ben Stiller Show". Will there be commentaries on that set? Isn't it coming in December?

No, there's another season of the show that hasn't been released on DVD. Notice that Drexl even mentions some of the skits/episodes. There were 10 episodes in season 4.
