I've ordered from them a couple of times and everything went smoothly. Shipping was fast, and the orders arrived quickly.

One of the discs arrived loose in the case and was scratched - so I contacted them and they sent out a replacement with no hassle - so customer service is pretty good too.

Then again, I've only placed two orders with them, so I may have just gotten lucky - but from my experience I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again if the price is good.

I've ordered from them before with absolutely no problem whatsoever.

The "hard copy" version of their catalog used to be a very good source for hard-to-find DVDs (back before the Internet made it easier to find and purchase them).

Now, I always price compare them against competitors for the best deal.

They are actually a local company for me, based in Philadelphia. Their reputation is solid in this market. I rent from them all the time but rarely buy because their prices aren't competitive to me. However, they are good people and I recommend them highly...

They also have a location here in NYC in Greenwich Village - very reputable company.

I have ordered from them several times with no problems at all. Their prices are not the greatest, but as others have said, they do stock some unusual titles, in addition to an extensive adult catalog of titles. Just be careful where you leave their ads laying around
