Why a four letter minimum in the search?

Kinda annoying when I go to look for family GUY or the family MAN and it wont search cuz their are 3 letter words....just curious.

Been around a year and don't know?

It's to keep bandwidth use down. Putting a letter limit means a much smaller field to search.

Search for "search" in the feedback forum, and you will turn up tons of threads about people's displeasure about the search feature. Closing duplicate.
