Nat'l Lampoons Christmas Vacation - worth the upgrade?
Sounds like the commentary is so-so. I own the pan and scan version and it looks alright to me...I know, I know, you get disowned for saying that here.
Is the widescreen (special edition) upgrade worth me putting the P&S on eBay?

Commentaries are my favorite type of extra, but I found the one on this DVD to be a total bore.
The most substantial difference between the two discs is the anamorphic widescreen presentation on the new release. If you're happy with the look of the previous DVD, I don't see a compelling reason to upgrade.
