Help!!! What is the name of this song from both "Angel" and "CSI"???

I keep hearing this one song in various tv shows that I had never heard before. It's too catchy to ignore and I cannot figure out what it is no matter how much searching I do on the internet.

I've heard it several places, but the ones I can actually remember and reference are in episodes of "CSI" and "Angel"

Firstly in "Angel" Season 2, episode 13: "Happy Anniversary", the song in question plays in the very last scene as Cordelia, Wes, and Gunn are dancing at their party.

And secondly, briefly in "CSI" Season 2, episode 2: "Chaos Theory", the same song is heard for a few seconds at the very beginning of the episode (first song heard as the girl is walking down the dorm hallway).

not sure if the song is ever anything more than "hey baby, hey baby, yeah baby, yeah baby" but it gets stuck in my head and I would like to know what the name of the song is and who it is by.

Thanks for any help!!

It's not "Hey Baby" by No Doubt, is it?

I believe it's "Hey Baby" by Mocean Worker. For some reason or another, many Buffy/Angel sites list the song on their "Mixed Emotional Features" CD but I can only find it listed on their more recent released CD, "Aural & Hearty"

btw, what websites did you reference for songs from certain episodes? that was the sort of thing I was looking for when I did various web searches, but couldn't find any among all the many outdated Buffy and Angel sites..... If you knew of any useful ones I would love to bookmark them.....Thanks.

There are quite a few of them out there that have this information but BuffyWorld is probably the most well-known. It includes information for both Buffy and Angel episodes. Just choose "Buffy Music" from the dropdown menu on the left side or "Angel Music" from the dropdown menu on the right.

Hope that helps.
