Metal Arms: Glitch in the System Demo Disc - comes w/ $5 off MIR coupon

Just a FYI. I think I got my demo disc from GameCrazy/Hollywood Video. You'll need your receipt and the UPC from the box, too. Combine that with the $5 off coupons at Best Buy, and that's a savings of $10. Whoo!

(MIR = mail-in rebate)

Even though it's an X-Box demo disc, the PS, PS2, GC, and X-Box logos are all on the coupon. I didn't even know that this was coming out for the PS (is it?).

Sony now uses that PS logo to signify their Playstation line of products (that is, PS1, PS2, eventually PS3...) as opposed to just the PS1.

BOTH the PS and the PS2 logos are on the coupon, for whatever reason.

They use both logos even when it's only coming out on one system (PS2). They've been doing this for some time.

I just found my company is making this game. I'm able to order this when it comes out, Nov 18 I believe. Email me at [email protected] if you're interested in getting a copy. Limited to the first 4 people( I can only get 5 copies of the game).
Cost should be about $23 total with shipping.

I would love a copy perferably GC but PS2 or GC is fine.

Tried emailing you but it keeps failing and getting rejected for some odd reason.

Emailed through dvdtalk email link dunno if it worked since it won't from my end.

Email received

Xbox
PS2

Metal Arms has unfortunately not received the attention it deserves of gamers. But if you're reading this review still, take notice because this is a surprisingly well-made action-shooter with a lot of heart. The game successfully merges a light-hearted storyline with some seriously intense combat, a good measure of strategy and a fun multiplayer mode. Oh, and the weapons in this title are downright awesome, especially the tether control device.
There are some notable drawbacks, yes. The control may be too loose for its own good and the game sometimes runs on the frustrating try-die-and-try-again design philosophy. But overall the experience is very entertaining and satisfying.

So with that in mind if you're looking for a smart, funny and unexpectedly deep action title with destruction and carnage at every corner, Metal Arms has got it in spades.

Recommended.

That's pretty respectable... I think I'll give it a go.

Bump to add that I too would like to get a hold of this demo disc. My local Gamecrazy was clueless about this disc.

I don't think so, the last time I went to Gamecrazy they just had Crash Nitro Kart demo discs.
