Seems like some pretty good deals. The Thing for $10 bucks is a great deal.

I thought The Thing was fun with what little time I had playing it on a rental when it was first released. I avoided picking it up though because it's a blue bottom disc and I hate the noise my PS2 makes with them heh. I'll pick it up for 9.99 though.
Onimusha 2 was worth the 8.99 PM I did at Circuit City the last time Best Buy had it for 9.99.

My local Best Buy had Kessen II, along with quite a few other titles (can't recall any specifics) for $9.99. I may go back and pick up Kessen II. I liked the first Kessen, but didn't get to finish it plus, I'm a fan of the ROTK genre.
