The comedian's wife, Liza Powel O'Brien, gave birth to daughter Neve in New York on Tuesday night.
Conan's spokesman says, "Mother, baby and father are all well."
Fans of The Conan O'Brien Show were surprised when his planned interview with guest Halle Berry was replaced with a repeat originally shown last year

Conan's wife apparently was an actress in one (or a few) of the sketches some time ago. I don't think I've ever seen her pic, either. Congrats to Conan!

I remember her in an episode of Conan around 4 or 5 years ago when he went out to trying to make a new commercial for that crazy local access guy with the chainsaw who sold beds (the guy was invited on the show after Conan started showing his weird commercials on TV).
Conan and the guy went to a top ad agency so that they could make the guy a new commercial. I think Conan met his wife this way, but she was one of the advertising executives that was making a new commercial for the guy.

I missed the first half hour thanks to those damn Red Sox, but both Tim Robbins & Natasha Henstridge brought him some hooch & toys..

I actually went to high school with her, very nice person as far as I knew, though I didn't know her very well, even for such a small school (no sorry, not well enough to be invited to the wedding
). It was funny a few years ago, to hear he was engaged to a Liza Powell from Seattle and think, Huh, I went to school with a Liza Powell from Seattle, but Nahhhh, what are the odds? Then I get the alumni magazine and in the announcements is something like, "On such and some date, Liza Powell was married to Conan O'Brian... yes, THAT Conan O'Brian..."
